The 2025 SCO Digital Economy Forum, co-hosted by the National Data Bureau and the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, recently opened with great fanfare. The theme of this forum was "New Links in the Digital Economy, Expanding New Spaces for Cooperation." Ding Xuexiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. The meeting emphasized that President Xi Jinping attaches great importance to SCO digital economy cooperation. China is willing to work with all member states to promote the "Shanghai Spirit," deeply participate in international digital economy cooperation, promote digitalization, networking, and intelligent development, and create a new era of cooperation. Against this backdrop, Xingbang Pipeline successfully signed a cooperation agreement with the Kazakhstan Center for Modernization and Development of Housing and Public Facilities, marking the official alignment of Xingbang's technological strength with Central Asia's infrastructure needs and injecting new impetus into deepening multilateral cooperation between China and SCO countries.
Earlier, Kazakh representatives made a special trip to the Xingbang plant to carefully inspect the pipeline products and the intelligent pipeline leak monitoring system. This system, which integrates IoT and big data technologies, enables precise leak location and real-time warnings, significantly improving pipeline network safety and operational efficiency. The Kazakh side highly recognized its technical strength, and the two sides subsequently engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions.
Central Asia is accelerating the modernization of its infrastructure. Xingbang Pipeline, with its industry-leading intelligent solutions and reliable quality, has become a key partner in this regional infrastructure upgrade.
