Recently, Wuhan City pipeline management measures issued, the so-called urban pipeline law includes pipelines and comprehensive pipeline corridor. Pipelines refer to urban municipal roads, Bridges, tunnels, rail transit, pedestrian passages, municipal squares, green Spaces and other municipal infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as urban roads) within the control boundaries of land use, such as water supply, drainage, power, lighting, gas polyurethane insulation pipes, heat, communications (including communications, radio and television, traffic signals, urban monitoring) and other underground pipelines, overhead poles and boxes, Manhole cover and other ancillary facilities. Integrated pipeline corridor refers to the structures and ancillary facilities built underground in the city to accommodate two or more types of urban pipeline I. The competent administrative department of construction shall, together with the administrative department of natural resources planning, establish and maintain the comprehensive information platform of urban pipelines (hereinafter referred to as the information platform), input the results of comprehensive planning, general survey, supplementary survey and redrawing of pipelines and pipeline information submitted by the pipeline ownership unit into the information platform, and implement dynamic management. The cost of maintaining and updating the information platform shall be incorporated into the financial budget of the government at the same level.
