The production process of pre insulated pipes for above ground mainly includes the following steps:

1. Preparation of raw materials: The main raw materials include galvanized iron sheet and insulation materials. Galvanized iron sheet is used to make the outer shell of insulation pipes, and insulation materials are used to fill the interior of the pipes to provide insulation effect. When selecting raw materials, it is necessary to consider their corrosion resistance and insulation performance, as well as their compatibility with other materials.

2. Iron sheet processing: Using relevant processing equipment, the galvanized iron sheet is cut and bent according to the actual size and length of the pipeline to create the basic shape of the shell.

3. Edge rolling processing: At both ends of the iron sheet shell, a special edge rolling machine is used for edge rolling processing, and the two ends of the iron sheet are rolled into a circular shape for connection with the pipeline.

4. Joint treatment: Conduct joint treatment on the side of the shell. The joints are required to be flat and firm to ensure the overall quality and insulation effect of the insulation pipe.

5. Filling insulation material: Fill the prepared insulation material into the interior of the iron sheet shell. The filling of insulation materials should be uniform and tight to ensure the insulation effect of the insulation pipe.

6. Packaging: Package the iron sheet shell filled with insulation materials, using specialized packaging equipment and processes to ensure the sealing and overall quality of the insulation pipe.

7. Inspection: Conduct inspections on various performance indicators of the produced pre insulated pipes for above ground, such as insulation performance and corrosion resistance, to ensure that the products meet design requirements and quality standards.

8. Packaging and warehousing: Pack the qualified pre insulated pipes for above ground and store them in the warehouse.

 
Storage and transportation:

1.Reliable separation measures shall be taken between pipes in the process of transportation and storage to avoid outer jacket damage.

2.There should be reliable drainage facilities in the stacking area which should be flat without hard objects or any sundries.

 

Construction instruction:

1.the field welding operation should comply with construction acceptance specifications stipulated in the engineering drawings.

2.After completion of pipe welding, nondestructive test shall be performed before on-site pipe joint operation.

3.Mechanical foaming shall be applied for on-site pipe joints instead of manual foaming. Foam density shall be same as the straight pipe.
