Description

This Electric Heat Melting Sleeve is a pipe fitting used to heat pipes and prevent them from freezing. It consists of high-density polyethylene sleeve, electric heating wire, PTC heating medium and insulating material. It is made of high-quality PE plate by secondary processing and composite special electric heating net, which can be widely used for heating, anti-freezing and heat preservation of transportation pipelines in petroleum, chemical industry, gas and water treatment industries.

When in use, the bushing is heated by the electric heating wire, which can effectively keep the temperature of the pipeline, avoid the problems of material freezing or pipeline blockage caused by low temperature of the pipeline, and ensure the normal operation of the transportation pipeline. In addition, it can ensure the thermal insulation effect of the pipeline, minimize the energy required in the transportation process, and reduce the production cost and improve the transportation efficiency by reducing energy consumption.

Usage method

1. Remove soil, moisture, and other debris adhering to the surface of the pipe.

2. Wrap the electric heating tape tightly around the connection part of the pipe with a woolen buckle, and place the end with a wiring terminal on the lower layer of the overlap. Determine that the joint of the pipe is located in the middle of the electric heating melt strip.

3. Wrap the stainless steel buckle on the electric heating tape with a U-shaped clamp, insert the PE adhesive rod into the joint where the electric heating tape overlaps, tighten the stainless steel buckle and make the electric heating tape tightly adhere to the pipe wall.

4. Connect the power supply of the electric fusion welding machine to the electric fusion belt, set the heating time, and then start the electric fusion welding machine. Carefully adjust the heating current. There is a significant difference in the current settings between the 380V and 220V electric fusion welding machines.
