The production process
The first step is to inspect the steel pipe fittings to meet the conditions for making insulated elbows.
The second step is to remove rust and impurities from the steel pipe fittings, with a rust removal level of SA2.5;
The third step is to form the pipe by threading it, and then cover the rust and anti-corrosion steel pipe fittings inside the polyethylene sleeve; The fourth step is to repair the head, and inject polyurethane foam in the middle to fully fill the gap between the steel pipe and the polyethylene sleeve, so as to make it integrated;
