Though indexed as underground pipe insulation, this prefabricated hot-water insulated pipe is not for direct-buried underground installation. It is applied for overhead laying, trench laying and installation inside integrated pipe gallery.
The pipe assembly consists of working steel pipe, high-temperature composite layer, thermal insulation layer and metallic outer jacket. Multiple outer-jacket material options are available, including color steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, aluminium sheet and stainless steel sheet for different anti-corrosion environments. It is manufactured according to standard T/CDHA 1-2013 Prefabricated Hot-water Insulated Pipes and Fittings for Overhead and Integrated Pipe Gallery.
