Direct buried insulated pipe adopts sprayingwinding integrated manufacturing process. It is suitable for district heating and cooling projects with longterm operating temperature up to 120℃.

This direct buried insulated pipe consists of working steel pipe, sprayed polyurethane insulation layer and extruded PE outer sheath. The thickness of insulation layer and outer sheath can be adjusted within specified ranges during production. It can be manufactured according to medium parameters and heat-loss requirements of heating and cooling systems to meet the requirements of different projects. The product is mainly applied for direct-buried installation, and can also be laid in cable trenches. It is widely used in municipal central heating, central air-conditioning cooling pipelines and industrial hot-cold medium transmission networks. The product is produced and inspected in accordance with GB/T34611-2017 national standard.

 

Product Structure

 

· Working steel pipe: Main component for medium transportation, guarantees pressure bearing capacity of pipeline.

· Polyurethane insulation layer: Sprayed rigid polyurethane foam, serves as thermal-insulation component.

· Signal wire (optional): Installed for pipeline leakage and fault monitoring.

· PE outer sheath: Wound polyethylene protective layer, provides water-proof, anti-corrosion and mechanical damage-resistant protection for inner components.

FAQ

Q: What laying options are available for this direct buried insulated pipe?

A: Direct-buried laying is the primary application. Trench laying is also acceptable under proper construction conditions. Long-term medium temperature shall not exceed 120℃, and accidental peak temperature shall not exceed 140℃.

Q: Can I adjust the insulation thickness for my project?

A: Yes. The insulation layer thickness and PE outer-sheath thickness can be adjusted within the specified scope. We can customize dimensions according to your medium parameters and heat-loss requirements.

Q: Does this pipe support leak monitoring function?

A: Signal wire is an optional part. If required, signal wires can be pre-installed inside the pipe for pipeline leakage and fault monitoring.
