Steam piping, also known as steel sleeve steel steam insulation pipe, consists of working steel pipe, insulation layer, air layer, outer steel pipe, and external anti-corrosion layer.

The company can produce DN50-DN1000MM steam insulation pipelines. The temperature of the conveying medium is less than or equal to 350 degrees Celsius, and the pressure is less than 2.5MPa.

 

Working pipe: Seamless steel pipes, spiral steel pipes, and straight seam steel pipes can be selected

Insulation material: Calcium silicate insulation material, high temperature resistant glass wool, nano aerogel, rock wool can be selected

Casing steel pipe: spiral steel pipes, and straight seam steel pipes can be selected

External anti-corrosion type: Optional epoxy coal tar asphalt, 3PE, fiberglass anti-corrosion can be selected.

 

The production process of steam pipings mainly includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: Prepare raw materials such as steel pipes, insulation materials, anti-corrosion materials, etc.

2. Steel pipe surface treatment: Conduct surface treatment on the conveying medium steel pipe to remove surface oil stains, rust, etc.

3. Steel pipe preheating: Heat the inner steel pipe to the specified temperature.

4. Preparation of insulation materials: According to the requirements, insulation materials are generally made using ultrafine glass wool.

5. Anticorrosive treatment: Apply anti-corrosion materials such as epoxy coal tar asphalt, 3PE, 2PE, plastic coating, fiberglass, and polyurea spraying on the surface of the steel pipe.

6. Assembly: Assemble the inner steel pipe, insulation material, outer protective steel pipe, etc. in a certain order.

7. Welding: Weld the joints of each steel pipe together to ensure there are no leaks.

Pressure test: Conduct a pressure test to ensure that there are no leaks in the pipeline.

8. Insulation treatment: Insulate the pipeline and fill it with insulation materials such as ultra-fine glass wool.

9. Coating: Apply anti-corrosion materials such as epoxy coal tar asphalt, 3PE, 2PE, plastic coating, fiberglass, polyurea spray coating, etc. on the surface of the pipeline.

10. Testing: Conduct testing to ensure that all indicators of the pipeline meet the requirements.

11. Packaging: Package the pipeline to protect it from damage.

12. Shipping: Ship the pipeline to the customer's designated location.
