Polyurethane Foam Pipe

This onestep process polyurethane foam pipe is integrally formed. It applies to anticorrosion and thermal insulation pipeline projects with medium temperature no higher than 120 ℃.

Different from pipe-in-pipe manufacturing process, this polyurethane foam pipe adopts one-step integrated forming. Working steel pipe, optional FBE anti-corrosion layer, polyurethane foam insulation layer and extruded PE outer sheath are produced simultaneously. It is mainly used for direct-buried laying and also available for trench laying. Products are manufactured complying with GB/T50538-2020 and GB/T29047-2021 standards.

Q: What are the laying options for this polyurethane foam pipe?

A: Direct-buried laying is the primary application, trench laying is also acceptable. The medium operating temperature shall not exceed 120 ℃.

Q: Is FBE anti-corrosion layer available for selection?

A: Yes. FBE anti-corrosion layer is optional to improve anticorrosion performance of working steel pipe.
