1.The ground should be flat and free of hard impurities such as crushed stones.

5.Pre insulated district heating pipe should not be exposed to scorching sun, rain, or soaking. When stored outdoors, they should be covered with tarpaulin, and the stacking area should be kept away from heat and ignition sources.

Cleaning: Clean the interface of pre insulated district heating pipe and the external protective layer of insulation at both ends, free of oil, sediment and welding slag, and first wash it with clean water and then wipe it with cloth. Clean the welding slag and debris at the weld seam.
Connection: The outer sleeve should be planed along the axis direction and wrapped around the insulation sleeve at the bare pipe interface. The width of the two ends and axial overlap of the outer sleeve should not be less than 50mm. The section of the outer sleeve should be neat. The joint between the joint and the insulation sleeve should be tightly tied in a circular shape with a packaging tape, and lightly tapped with a wooden hammer, and tightly combined with the plastic on both sides. Use a plastic welding gun to weld the cross-section at both ends of the casing and the insulation pipe shell in a circular manner, and it is qualified if the welding rod cannot be torn off.


Sealing: Take a thermoplastic tape (usually 50mm wide) and place one end parallel to the weld seam with the same width on both sides. Use a welding gun or specialized spray gun to heat the joint between the welding seam and the thermoplastic tape until the insulation plastic shell and the thermoplastic tape begin to melt. Then quickly apply pressure to the insulation pipe direction on the surface of the thermoplastic tape by hand until the adhesive is extruded from the cross-section of the thermoplastic tape. Operate in a circular manner to reach the starting point, cut off the thermoplastic tape at a 50mm overlap with the starting point, check the hot melt condition, and if there is any contact that is not solid, use a plastic welding gun to heat the surface of the thermoplastic tape and apply pressure by hand until the adhesive is extruded.
Material injection: Use a 25mm diameter hole opener to open a material injection hole at one end of the outer sheath of the buckle, and cone a small vent hole at the other end. Calculate the amount of foaming agent according to the insulation foam space required for the buckle, set the foaming machine program, and start the machine for material injection. After the main material is removed and blocked, the injection hole shall be sealed quickly, and then the vent hole shall be observed until the foam benefits, and the spilled foam shall be removed and sealed with sealant. If there is no foam overflowing from the vent hole, it means that the insulation material is not completely filled. Use a hole opener to enlarge the inspection hole and change it into a charging hole, refill the hole according to the space, and seal it with a seal.
